Jealousy

Never give all the heart by W.B. Yeats.
This is one of the very little poems that make me jealous. Some of it doesn't really make sense but the words are so profound and put together. My favorite line is "For he gave all his heart and lost" It's kind of a sad poem but it's just brutally honest and one that everyone can relate to which is what I really like about it. I wish I was creative and good with my words like this W.B. Yeats and this poem of his.

  1. This poem was a 16-seed in the bracket. It's first matchup was against The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost. I probably should've had this be a higher seed, then it could have made it farther in the bracket. I think a lot of people liked this poem. I heard a mother say that every teenage girl should be required to read this poem.
